  1. What are the Security Deposits and Application Fees?
    Security Deposits - $300 on 1 Bedrooms / $500 on 2 Bedrooms
    Application Fees - $40 per individual / $50 for married couples
    Administration Fee - $50
  2. Do you have reserved parking?
    There is a gated parking garage attached to the building. They are all assigned spots. The first level is covered and $90 per spot monthly, second level has covered spots at $75 monthly, and uncovered at $50 per spot monthly.
  3. How long is the term of the lease?
    6-13 month lease terms are being offered.
  4. What kind of pets do you allow and is there a limit?
    Dogs and cats with a size and weight limit and no more than 2 pets per apartment. Weight limit of 40lbs or 60lbs combined.
  5. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    Yes, pet deposits are required. One pet is a $500 Deposit with $250 non-refundable/2 pets are a $700 deposit with $350 non-refundable. Pet rent is $25.00 per month, per pet.
  6. Is there a specific place for my pet to be walked?
    Yes, we have a designated Bark Park for your pets. They will have room to run and play with equipment specifically designed for your pets’ enjoyment.
  7. Is smoking allowed?
    No, this is a non-smoking building which means smoking is not allowed in the apartments, on the balconies, at the pool area or in any of our common areas.
  8. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    Yes, provided a 30 day, paid, written notice is given after the lease agreement has been fulfilled and the apartment is left clean and free of any damages. Any final balances due are deducted from the security deposit before being refunded.
  9. If I get a job transfer or buy a home, can I break the lease?
    Yes, if the termination fee has been paid. The 30 day paid written notice is still required, but the remainder of the lease is forgiven if the termination fee is paid. Termination Fee: One Month's Rent. Preferred Employer Program Residents – If you have a job transfer, termination fee is waived with required documentation from employer. The 30 day paid written notice is still required.
  10. What utilities are included in my lease?
    None. Residents are required to pay their utilities which would include: electric, water, sewer, trash, phone, and cable services.
  11. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    You may call the office, submit the Service Request form on this website, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service.
  12. When is my rent payment due?
    Rent is always due on the first of the month.
  13. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    Rent is due on the first and a $50.00 late charge is assessed on the third of the month.
  14. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Yes, we encourage on-line payment. Rent is accepted by credit card, debit card, personal check, cashier's check or money order.
  15. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes, we have a rent drop available for your convenience by the mail kiosk.
  16. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you just let the office know. If someone is staying longer than 2 weeks, they need to fill out an application and go through the approval process.
  17. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes, it is always a good idea to let the office staff know of any guests that will be here for extended visits.
  18. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    Yes, we will gladly accept packages for residents provided permission is given.
