Our Pet Policy

Dogs and cats, with a size and weight limit, and no more than 2 pets per apartment. Weight limit of 40 lbs or 60 lbs combined.

Pet Deposits:

1 pet is a $500 Deposit with a $250 non-refundable fee

2 pets is a $700 deposit with a $350 non-refundable fee

Pet rent of $25 per month is also applicable. 

*Breed, size, and weight limitations and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws. We will consider any request for reasonable accommodations.
